International Mandala Artist
I'm Neha Gupta
Before I picked up my drawing accessories and decided to go on this journey at the age of 30, I was an Operation Manager.
I followed my whispers and started playing with colors, and everything changed – especially in the realms of Trust, Courage, and Self-Kindness.
Today, I’m an artist, guide, and Homemaker. I’m passionate about creating meaningful art, courses, challenges, and conducting workshops for corporates, old age homes, schools and experiences that awaken and inspire our spirits.
An unexpected journey into creativity and healing…
I spent my early career as an Operation Manager. It was powerful, important work, but my heart began to grow restless.
And then the motherhood phase and Covid period…I started playing with art accessories, at age 30, and everything changed. Drawing brought me what I was craving: healing, unburdened joy, awakening.
I painted, crafted, shredded, stenciled, smudged, and smeared as my heart depended on it. By the end of 2020, my portfolio bloomed. I launched my platform. I conducted International workshops. I was Interviewed to share my inspiring story. I commissioned few projects. My art found new eyes. Opportunities came a’calling. Collaborations were signed. Virtual Art Gallery was published in WEBBS Fine Art Gallery in London, UK. My work became recognized. Several International Art Challenges gave a kick start in helping art community to came across and showcase their talents all over the world (dream. come. true.). I never expected my work to catch like wildfire and spread across the globe.
Along the way, I’ve created several well-loved pre-recorded courses and retreats, sharing all that I have learned by crafting a creative life and running a profitable art business.
Through it all (that’s since 2020!), I’ve used my social media platforms to share the full, honest journey. The joy. The burnout. The self-care strategies. The celebrations and milestones. Balancing motherhood with business. All of it.
Artists and Operation Manager
have more in common than you might think.
An important part of my journey was realizing that I hadn’t abandoned my former Operation Manager self. I was still managing multitasking just like a one man army making an impact — except I was now using my art, classes, and retreats instead of a managing HR, Admin, Finance & Operations. Same enthusiasm. New medium.
My journey as an Operation Manager, International Mandala artist, and creative entrepreneur
has guided me toward a few core beliefs that inform everything I do,
create, and teach, including:
Vulnerability
We are meant for the difficult journeys of tenderness and fierceness, vulnerability and courage, wisdom and learning. All of it.
Joy
When we paint our joy, wear our joy, or even celebrate our joy, we are honoring the aura of who we were always meant to be.
Purpose
Creative entrepreneurship thinking can be a portal into spiritual and meditational growth, reason, and legacy building. Hello soul, hello art, hello business!
Self Care
Self-care is a very much important and worthy practice for our creative hearts and soul. It’s how we receive our wisdom and higher motivation.
Creativity
Vision – both on and off the canvas –is a healing and meditational force that allows us to express, and own our stories, ideas in transformative, ultimately beautiful ways.
Possibility
When we heroically live our imaginative dreams into reality-one baby step at a time – we give our loved ones acceptance to do the same.
Kindness
Kindness – especially self-kindness – changes everything. Give confidence and clarity about your thoughts.
Whispers
We must make time to silence the chaos, indulge our hearts, and tune into our whispers. They hold our life’s probabilities. We must listen.
Life is messy, precious, and so very good.
Dreams do come true. Love is everywhere.
My gratitude is endless.
