DR. ASHA SIDD:

An eclectic counselor/counseling psychologist/psychotherapist for more than 25 years now. She has carved a niche for herself in the field of Mental Health. More than a few thousand people must have benefitted from her counseling & coaching. Counseling comes very naturally to her. She has a rich life experience along with her experience as a counselor. Her skills include her ability to connect with people with ease across ages and help people draw on their inner strength to make choices, and do what is best for them.

She is qualified with a Masters degree in Applied Psychology and a Ph.D. from Kolkata.

She holds a Diploma in Counseling Skills and an Advanced Diploma in Family Counseling.

She is trained in various forms of psychotherapy like CBT, Art therapy, Dance therapy, sound healing etc.

She is a practitioner in Systemic Theory and Practice in Family Constellation certified from Ochre (Ireland) and Spanda (Bangalore).

She holds a Diploma in Transactional Analysis (SATAA) & continues her training in this form of psychotherapy

She has completed her training to be a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner to work with trauma and is Somatic Experience Practitioner and is certified to work with trauma and do body work.

She holds a certification as a Positive psychology coach with ICF credentials.

She is a certified mindfulness coach and happiness coach.

She is also a certified Queer Affirmative Counsellor.

She is a certified and qualified Psychometric professional and regularly does Psychometric assessments as per the requirements of individuals and institutions.

She is a qualified Career Counselor with a certification from UCLA Extension and GCC, India.

She is on the panel of career counselors for the Times of India and has written columns on career counseling in the Education Times and other publications, and has been interviewed on TV, Radio for career guidance and other aspects too.

Various publications (both in print and online) have sought her opinion for their articles on various topics related to human behavior and Mental Health.

She is an active counselor for professional, family, child related and all emotional issues and practices from her own office in Malleswaram, Bangalore. Her organization will soon be rebranded as Circle of hope-center for wellbeing, (earlier known as Dr.Asha Sidd Academy) and offers Counseling, Psychotherapy, and Training and various services in the mental health domain.

She has a team of dedicated counselors working under her.

She was formerly (until 2016) Director-Academics of Banjara Academy, Bangalore and was their leading faculty.

She is a trainer par excellence and has been regularly conducting training programs and workshops for Various organization/institutions on invitation and in her own capacity (in English, Kannada and Telugu) on very diverse topics.

She runs a Train the Trainer certificate course on life-skills, soft-skills, presentation skills, personal growth. Workshops on various topics for personal growth, counseling are conducted by her center.

ALBA KNOBEL:

I am a multidisciplinar artist living between Spain and Switzerland. I am also a photographer and artisan. I mainly work as a Mandala maker, I do it mostly on walls and canvases. I am inspired by nature and sacred geometry I find on it. Mandalas are my meditation and living.
